Store Policies
As a consumer I realize that when you buy on line sometimes your purchase is not what you expected. Therefore in fairness to you our customer, our internet return or exchange policies must have more lattitude than our regular retail store policies. In order for you purchase with confidence from us, you may return any domestic vacuum bought on line within 2 weeks of delivery date. A return authorization (ra#) must be requested at jr@broadwayvac.com within 2 weeks of delivery. Customer must pay all shipping charges. Returns must contain original packaging and be in resellable condition. A 15% restocking charge may apply. In cases where a good quality generic bag, filter, accessory or part is available, we will fill your order with non oem products. Using good quality generics helps keep costs down. These savings can then be passed on to you. We will however never sacrifice quality for cost. That kind of savings in the long run ends up costing everyone more. In stock items will ussually ship in one to two days. Special orders, drop shipments or out of stock items may take approx. two to ten days to ship. Shipments of multiple items may arrive in separate packages and even on different days. If it is neccessary to ship orders complete only please indicate this when you place your order Colors may vary.
